We all have a little voice whispering passions, ideas and possibilities into our minds? This voice comes from a place where anything is possible and you CAN be the change you want to see in the world- if only you weren't so “busy” and there weren't so many other voices that speak of failure:
“That was a mistake.” “I can’t do it. It will never work.” “I don’t have the time to…” “Why am I being treated so unfairly?”

Because you do want to find your way out of the self defeating cycles and voices that are running your life.

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. You, the client, will be guided- using various questions, reflection techniques and listening skills- to find your own deepest truth and understanding.
I will not tell you what to do. I will however, help you to discover ways to connect more deeply with yourself and your own personal meaning/passion/desires so you can be more effective in your life. This way will be different for every client and your process is unique to you.
A coach can help you focus and hold you accountable to yourself. How many times have you set goals for yourself or vowed to spend more time gaining understanding in your life only to “get too busy” and put if off a while longer?
Partnering with a coach is a great way to gain the needed momentum to accomplish anything whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual in nature. After all, these areas of your life are so interconnected, if you start working with one, your commitment to intention is going to affect all the others as well.

Just like a seedling ready to burst forth if given the right conditions, I believe that you have and know everything you need to in order for you to create a bold, beautiful life; a life of your dreams.
My goal is to help you discover that.
Coaching can be a very useful tool in the tool chest of life. Just like finding the right tool for a job, it is important to find the right coach for you and your situation.
I specialize in coaching people who are have found themselves in circumstances which are challenging, fearful or stagnant but are ready to face these situations; to find greater meaning and understanding within what seems like a “negative event”.
The life circumstances so many of us find ourselves in over and over again without a clear picture of why or what is happening:
Death of a loved one, sometimes sudden and unexpected
Divorce/Breakup
Loss of a Job and Financial Insecurity
Health Issues
End of Life Issues with Yourself or Someone Else/Looking for Closure
Infertility and Miscarriage
Accidents and Injuries
Even the seemingly “small” losses can create huge burdens of grief and anger if not dealt with.
I am not saying that that you are at fault for your lot in life, in fact I don’t believe that finding fault or blaming are useful skills at all. I am saying that you can take an event in your life which is seemingly negative or harmful and find ways of viewing it that are empowering and healing.
Turn lemons into lemonade as the saying goes.
I am also not talking about sugar-coating or suppressing or denying. I am talking about facing the beliefs, fears and stories that you play over and over again in your head openly and honestly. I will invite you to discover whether those thoughts and fears are serving to help you on your path or not.
I will ask questions that may seem challenging to answer but I will also give you tools to tap into your own knowing so you can discover things inside of yourself that you may have never dreamed possible before.
Am I Ready?
That is an important question; one that should be highly considered and respected. Not everyone is ready for this type of inquiry and that is no failing. We must all honor where we are and what season of life we are in.
If upon reading the rest of this page you feel inspired, joyful, light-hearted or like you are being seen clearly you are probably ready. If you are committed to change and ready to take responsibility for yourself in new and possibly challenging ways, you are ready.
If not, you may still be ready to open the door to coaching, but be aware of several things:
A strong desire to blame anyone and everyone for your circumstances.
Overwhelming grief and anger that keep you from being able to perform simple daily needs such as feeding and clothing yourself.
Untreated severe depression or mood disorders
Untreated psychological disorders
In these situations seeking the help of a qualified psychiatrist or counselor may be a better fit for you. I do not treat mental health issues, but I can help you find meaning in that too. I do not believe that any disease or illness needs to be negative or debilitating.
